This project was an eBay rescue. The new Emperor’s Children models are very detailed and that is a famously challenging scheme, so it sounded like a fun project.
I real Fulgrim for the first time and found the Emperors Children really easy to hate as villains. The book is so well written in the way it described the garishness of the legion as they are corrupted, throwing a lot of ugly things together felt right. Bronze and gold with purple and green shadows, unhealthy flesh, dirty steel, all splattered in blood and dirt.
